According to many experts, if you add single spoon of sugar, 20ml milk and some cream to your cup of coffee then the calories will be 200 percent more then the basic cup of coffee.

Another issue related with the coffee is the added sweeteners. A single spoon of sugar is having around 80 calories. That is why there are many substitute of sugar is available in the market that are not having the as much calories as sugar has.

It is proven that coffee is totally a safer drink if you have it plain, without adding any additional things like sugar , milk and cream. This will also give the positive effect to you diet plan and for helping you to maintain the good health.
